We are looking to recruit the following roles:
A Sales & Communications Manager to deliver our sales and communications strategy in 2016.
A Finance and Operations Manager who will support our business as it grows.
Management Committee members to mentor and advise our aspirational team at a crucial point of growth and development.
Background Info
Creative Homes and TDLP are a team of visual artists, storytellers, dancers and musicians who work with families to encourage attachment, physical and creative development and awareness of the importance of creative play and the arts as a form of early intervention.
Creative Homes is an experiential home visiting service that uses trained artists to identify and solve every day stresses in the home. We aim to help families reduce their stress, so they become healthier and more resilient, with the ultimate objective of improving children’s outcomes. Creative Homes is targeted at higher need families often from lower income backgrounds.
Tea Dance for Little People is aimed at improving the health and well-being of all families with young children through creative play. We are committed to improving the wellbeing of families by helping them explore their own artistic adventures. Be it a performance, party, workshop or immersive installation, we offer refreshing, custom written pieces responding to commissions from theatres, museums, parks and other venues, led by a professional team of artists, dancers, storytellers and musicians. Previous partners have included the V&A, Dreamland Margate, Barbican, Royal Historic Palaces, Stratford Circus, Horniman Museum and Polka Theatre.
Sales and Communications Manager
We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our organisation forward through the development and delivery of our sales and communications strategy.
We need a game-changer; someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, self-confident and ready to deliver on an ambitious sales strategy. You need to be enthusiastic and comfortable selling our service in a range of ways including cold calling and public events.
You will be trained in sales and write well for press, social media and online in order to implement our communication strategy and increase sales.

We are offering flexible part time hours (2.5 days a week) at £15,000 per annum (£30,000 pro rata). The initial contract will be for 10 months from 1st March to 31st December (3 month probation period). Pending meeting sales targets this contract could be extended.

Finance and Operations Manager
We need an organised and self-motivating Finance and Operations Manager to help us manage all aspects of business support for our exciting and growing social enterprise.
This role will manage the operational delivery of TDLP and Creative Homes. You will be ready to prepare Creative Homes to be sold as a licensing model through developing and managing a range of business support systems including finance, IT, intellectual property, impact and data capture. You will be confident managing Human Resources and all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for the day to day finances and you will have excellent online filing systems and payroll skills, be effective at time management and able to work independently in a structured way.

Management Committee Members
We are looking to expand our management committee and recruit new mentors and advisors to join an aspirational team at a crucial point of growth and development.
We have identified gaps in our expertise and are looking for individuals who specialise in the following areas:
In particular we are looking for someone who can take on the role of Treasurer to support the Management Committee with an oversight of financial strategy, audit and risk management. Ideally they will be a qualified accountant with a strong financial background.
The role is voluntary and we will ask you to commit to two days a year, usually consisting of one full away day and two half day sessions. We are based in Lewisham but we may also meet in central London close to transport hubs.
We are hoping to have new team members in place by February in time for our annual away day.
