Salary: £7.21 per hour (£5,624 pro rata)

The Junior Designer will be a key member of the design team that creates ground breaking solutions that improve daily life for more and more families every day. This role is a chance to be a part of something new, innovative and proactive in improving family life.

Background – Creative Homes:
Creative Homes is an experiential home visiting service that uses trained artists to identify and solve every day stresses in the home. We aim to help families reduce their stress, so they become healthier and more resilient, with the ultimate objective of improving children’s outcomes.
Our storytellers, dancers and musicians provide playful solutions to help families build lasting, positive routines, and combat overcrowded living spaces. We support adult engagement in play, modelling responsive communication, using practical demonstration, rewards for children and parental observation techniques.
We currently operate in Southwark, Lambeth and Lewisham and are funded by Guys and St Thomas Charity as part of the Knee High Challenge, managed by Design Council.
Background – Tea Dance for Little People:
Tea Dance for Little People is a social enterprise aimed at improving the health and well-being of families with young children through creative play. We offer refreshing, quality, custom written activity in families homes or community venues led by a professional team of artists, dancers, storytellers and musicians.
